Transfer Data Contacts from Samsung J1J2J3J5J7 to Samsung S8

Beijing time at 23:00 on March 29th, Samsung released a new flagship mobile phone ---Galaxy S8&S8 Plus in New York. The new design and interactive new features give S8 a shine. Samsung seems to be able to play new tricks on the phone's screen, and this year's Galaxy S8/S8 Plus is no exception. Galaxy S8 in the continuation of the S7 Edge/Note 7 double curved surface design, greatly enhance the screen share. Samsung Galaxy S8 screen accounted for as much as 84%, comparable to the use of a comprehensive screen design millet MIX (93%). Moreover, thanks to its 18.5:9 screen, the screen size of the Samsung S8 has reached an amazing 5.8 inches, and the size of the phone is almost the same as that of 5.15 inches of millet 5. The larger S8 Plus screen size is 6.2 inches, but the overall size is even smaller than the 5.5 inch apple iPhone 7 Plus.

So, when you buy a Samsung S8, how do you move your contacts from your old cell phone to your new cell phone? The traditional method is to backup the data to the computer before moving to the new cell phone. But this method is obviously not easy. You need a software - MobileTrans.

Actually, this software is the best known of MobileTrans, which can transfer data like text messages, contacts, videos, photos, call logs, calendar, Apps, music and more between any two Samsung Galaxy devices. At the same time, it can also back up as well as store the data to the computer. it can also completely remove the phone data, which is what other software can't do.. Next, we will introduce how to transfer contacts from old Samsung J1/J2/J3/J5/J7 to Samsung S8.

Step 1. Connect your two devices to the computer

Running Wondershare MobileTrans on your computer, and click on "Phone to Phone Transfer". Then use USB cables to connect your phones and PC. Please make sure that you have enabled USB debugging on your Samsung phone in connection. You can see the moving path of the data and you can use the "Flip" button to exchange their position.

Step 2. Choose the file and start to transfer

You can see the data types that can be transferred in the middle of the screen, such as contacts, messages, videos and so on. If you just want to transfer contacts, select "contacts", and then click "Start transfer".

Step 3. Successful transfer

Wait patiently for a few minutes, the data will be transferred successfully. Remember not to disconnect your phones during the transfer process.

Note: You can check the "Clear Data before Copy" box if you want to erase data on the destination phone before copying the new data.
